BRONSON - A 39-year-old Williston man was arrested for felonious child abuse on Dec. 22.

The victim and witness said Terence Bartges had been drinking most of the night before the deputy arrived at about 11:25 p.m., according to records.

The deputy reported seeing five small children walking in and out of the residence unattended. As the deputy escorted the man to the cruiser, Bartges yelled and screamed profanities at the deputy and the children, the deputy reported.
