The 4th Annual Kicking Cancer's BUTT Poker Run is Saturday, Sept. 28, with a ride that begins in Chiefland and winds throughout scenic Levy, Gilchrist and Dixie counties before coming to an end at the Seabreeze Restaurant in Cedar Key.

All proceeds go to the BACK Fighting Cancer Inc., a non-profit group whose primary mission is to provide financial assistance to families with a child fighting cancer in the Tri-County Area of Levy, Dixie and Gilchrist counties.

Each letter in BACK represents the first initial of the name of a local child who either battled or is battling some form of cancer. B=Bridget, A=Austin, C=Corbin, and K=Kendall. Each family benefited from the love and support of the Tri-County Area's communities in their families' darkest times. Each family is represented on the Board of Directors and are giving BACK.
