An Illinois man was arrested at a Chiefland Hotel Friday after witnesses told police he came out of his room naked and masterbated in front of children.
"This is a nightmare. I'm going to South America," the man, 55-year-old Mark Wayne Sarver, reportedly told police as he was placed into the back of a police cruiser.
Police, according to Sarver's arrest report, responded to the call on the matter that came from a worker at the Best Western hotel at about 2:30 p.m.

The security of Chiefland schools is being questioned by some after two unidentified men waltzed onto the campus of Chiefland Middle School Monday and entered the school through an unlocked door to a cafeteria full of children.
