 Ashley Avis Wilcox, 23, of Bronson was arrested on Feb. 18 by Agent Burt Miller  of the Levy County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force and charged with prostitution, according to a Levy County Sheriff's Office press release.

Her arrest came after the sheriff's office received complaints about a woman, and officers set up a sting operation that involved Miller offering Wilcox $50 at the Bronson Post Office in exchange for sex.

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
n Feb. 10, Jams Deon Baker, 25, Morriston, domestic battery and tampering with  a victim. Bond $50,000.
n Feb. 10, Vernon Henry Davis, 47, Chiefland, dealing in stolen property. Bond $50,000.
n Feb. 9, Michael Anthony Ealum, 47, Old Town, FTA petit theft. Bond $500.
n Feb. 9, Dakorian Kadeem Frazier, 18, VOP grand theft.

 Florida  Attorney General Pam Bondi has issued an emergency ruling that substances containing MDPV (Methylenedioxypyrova-lerone), commonly known as "bath salts," have been added to the state’s schedule of controlled substances. 

A second suspect sought in the Dec. 11 robbery of  Tienda Mexican Store in Fanning Springs was arrested on Jan. 27 at a motel in Lantana, and the vehicle taken during his escape was also recovered, according to a Levy County Sheriff's Office press release. A third suspect in the case has not been located.
