The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
n July 9, Nicholas Lee Bailey, 21, Bronson, schedule 1, II or III drugs. Bond $15,000.
n July 6, Melissa Ann Bell, 29, Springhill, possession of cocaine, DWLS, false ID five to LEO, abuse without great harm. Bond $36,000.
n July 8, Linda Mae Collins, 50, Chiefland. Bond $1,000.
n July 6, Dwayne Wesley Deedrick, 50, Bronson, second offense,  deadly weapon without intent to kill, obstruction w/o violence. Bond $110,000.

The last man to be sentenced in the armed home invasion of a residence outside Williston in February was given a total of 10 years time as arranged with the state attorney's office.
Hillary Henderson, 20, of Chiefland, who pleaded guilty to a charge of armed home invasion and being a convicted felon in possession of a gun, was given seven years in prison on the first charge to be served after serving a minimum 3 years on the gun charge.

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
n June 30, Reginald Ventrell Adams, 48, Chiefland, cause bodily harm, obstruction w/o violence, battery, possession. Bond $30,000.
n June 30, Carl Appling, 45, Williston, DWLSR.
n June 28, Mandy Raye Ashley, 31, Williston, unoccupied structure, petit theft-12 counts, altering public record-11 counts, altered instrument-13 counts, uttering false instrument, misrepresenting self-11 counts. Bond $380,000.

Two of the three men charged in the armed home invasion of a residence on County Road 335 — Northeast 75th Street — outside Williston in February have been sentenced while a third will be sentenced on July 6.
