Each month on the Veteran Voices page the Citizen will provide information o the services available to those who have served. 

 DAV member Harry Coleman (seated), of Chiefland, presents a check to DAV Chapter 63 Commander Fred Heirnrich (front right) for the repair of the Chapter’s roof.

In turn, Heinrich presents Coleman with a certificate of appreciation, a DAV Life membership lapel pin and a DAV baseball cap.

Chiefland MOCA (Military Order of Cootie) visits the Tri County Nursing Home in honor of Mother's Day. They delivered a carnation and soft toy to all the female occupants and chatted with them for a while. From Left, Susan Haines, Tom Brown, Dee Bazar, Roz Boudreau, Sharon Bolton and Kary Colson.
