Sadness, anger, confusion — these are some of the feelings people experience when dealing with grief. However, children, teens and adults do not grieve in the same way, so a different counseling approach is needed.
The Dixie County Historical Society will be hosting another evening of Bluegrass and Bluegrass Gospel music for your enjoyment on Saturday May 7, at the Old Town Elementary School Auditorium, located at SR. 349 and CR 55A. There will be other bands performing as well. The music will start at 6 p.m. and will finish when the music stops. Admission is free, so bring the family and enjoy.
"Swinging for the Cure," a golf tournament to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, will take place May 28 at the Chiefland Golf and Country Club.
Army Pvt. Jessica E. Seeloff, daughter of Karen Seeloff of Trenton, and niece of Tami Moses of Old Town, has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Seeloff graduated in 2010 from Trenton High School.
