    All month

The Cedar Keyhole Gallery is proud to announce Artist of the Month for January 2010 is Russel Raethka.

Russel (Russ) Raethka challenges the standards normally attributed to watercolor paintings. Whereas a watercolor is usually expected to present a soft, muted representation, Russ depicts his scenes in sharp, crisp definitions that could easily be assigned to a real-time sighting.
