On Saturday, Dec. 18, the Levy Association for Retarded Citizens enjoyed their Second Annual LARC Christmas Celebration sponsored by Calvary Worship Center of Chiefland at the Tommy Usher Pineland Center.  Under the direction of the Executive Director, Betty Stockton-Walker, the Board of Directors, family and community, LARC’s mission is to work with their clients, offering services that will teach them life management skills and tap talents that will not only enrich their own lives but the lives of others.
