A woman found with a man sought on a warrant accusing him of violating probation is also facing charges.
Kiara Hicks, 20, of Archer has been arrested on cocaine possession with intent to sell, possession of drug equipment and keeping shop for drugs. Her bond is $110,000.
She was arrested on June 10 after Levy County K-9 Deputy Kevin Kinik went to Bronson Motel at about 10 a.m. to arrest Johnny Lee Patterson on an outstanding warrant.
Patterson is serving five years probation on grand theft, burglary and trafficking in stolen property charges from Alachua County.
When Kinik and Deputy Noel Ramirez entered the motel room, they found Patterson and Hicks, along with a plastic bag with 4.6 grams of crack cocaine with a street value estimated at $960.
Patterson, who had three outstanding warrants, was also charged with cocaine possession with intent to sell, possession of drug equipment and keeping shop for drugs. His bond is $135,000.
