The city of Williston will host the 2012 Levy County Veterans Day Parade, ceremony and free lunch for veterans on Veteran's Day, Monday, Nov. 12, but there will be other activities — a breakfast, luncheons, free admission to state parks — honoring those who answered the call to serve their country.
Activities kicked off on Wednesday, Oct. 31, with a breakfast for veterans hosted by Haven Hospice of the Tri-Counties at their care facility in Chiefland.
