Water district representatives at a meeting Monday night announced that a joint regional water supply plan already in the works would not be available until some time in 2015.
The news came during the inaugural meeting of the recently formed North Florida Regional Water Supply Partnership Stakeholder Advisory Committee held at the St. Johns River Water Management District headquarters in Palatka. About 60 people attended the meeting, which lasted about three hours.
