Verbal altercation leads to assault charges

Seth Leon Foster is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm after a verbal dispute with two men at Jack's Recycling on Northwest Highway 19 in Trenton escalated into shots fired at a customer's truck.

Foster, 20, of Northwest 81st Street in Fanning Springs, was arrested after the truck's owner called 9-1-1 to report a person firing a weapon at his truck and him.

When Deputy Ella Roberts arrived, Foster had left the scene, but he returned to be interviewed by Sheriff's Investigator Mark Morgan.
