Three people were arrested Wednesday, March 6, on charges of manufacturing and selling meth out of the Bronson Motel while a 5-month-old infant was also in the room, according to a Levy County Sheriff's Department press release.
• Russell A. Girdler, 27, charged with manufacture of methamphetamine in the presence of a child. His bond is $100,000.
• Sean D. Franzius, 26, charged with manufacture of methamphetamine in the presence of a child and keeping a drug dwelling. His bond is $200,000.
• Judith A. Gazdun, 24, charged with child abuse, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond is $125,000.
The Levy County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force investigated reported methamphetamine production and sales at the Bronson Motel in rooms 20 and 21.
During the raid on the two rooms deputies found Girdler had custody of his 5-month-old infant child, who was also present in the room where the drugs were being manufactured.
