Ten Commandments Monuments

A Ten Commandments monument has been placed right next to the Levy County Courthouse by a non-profit group. While the county does not own the monument — do you think the county commission should have a religious monument on the courthouse grounds? And if the monument is related to the county or nation's history or system of laws, should a plaque explaing that accompany the monument?
