The Levy County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests:
_ Dawn M. Bremer, 39, Northeast 61st Lane, Bronson, was charged with DUI after the sheriff's office received a call about a possible intoxicated person, according to the deputy's report.
Deputy Dave Rodriguez's report says when he arrived at Tony's Chevron on North Hathaway Avenue a woman carrying a 24-pack of beer stumbled and bumped into him. According to the report he could smell the odor of alcohol on her and he followed her out of the store and as she drove out of the lot. He stopped her at Hathaway and Main streets for making an improper turn.
According to the deputy's report, Bremer admitted to being under the influence of alcohol and should not be driving, and the deputy had her get out of the vehicle for four exercises in field sobriety tests. After she could not perform the tests, he arrested her. At the jail, she tested .219 and .226 blood alcohol level. Bond is $2,500.
