The Levy County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests:

_ Dawn M. Bremer, 39, Northeast 61st Lane, Bronson, was charged with DUI after the sheriff's office received a call about a possible intoxicated person, according to the deputy's report.

Deputy Dave Rodriguez's report says when he arrived at Tony's Chevron on North Hathaway Avenue a woman carrying a 24-pack of beer stumbled and bumped into him. According to the report he could smell the odor of alcohol on her and he followed her out of the store and as she drove out of the lot. He stopped her at Hathaway and Main streets for making an improper turn.

According to the deputy's report, Bremer admitted to being under the influence of alcohol and should not be driving, and the deputy had her get out of the vehicle for four exercises in field sobriety tests. After she could not perform the tests, he arrested her. At the jail, she tested .219 and .226 blood alcohol level. Bond is $2,500.

_ Jennifer Sue Key, 23, Northwest 50th Avenue, Chiefland, was charged with trespass on property at County Road 347. A deputy responding to a report of a possible trespass found Key and John Solomon Hall, 37, Northwest 55th Street, Chiefland, in a pickup truck on the fenced-in and gated property, according to the sheriff's report. The owner said the duo did not have permission to be on the property, according to the report. After the two were arrested, the vehicle was searched and five hypodermic needles were found on the floor of the truck, and a subsequent search of Hall recovered two more needles, the deputy's report states. Key's bond is $1,500.

Hall was also charged with an outstanding warrant for violation of probation for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He was denied bond.

_ Kirkland L. Neal, 36, Glover Street, Bronson, was charged with domestic violence/battery. Bond is $5,000. The report says Neal struck the victim on the left cheek during a heated argument.

_ Gary Stewart, 61, Southwest 75th Street, Cedar Key, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. Bond is $10,000. The deputy's report states that the victim said Stewart had punched him once and then fired a .22-caliber rifle over the mobile home where he was staying.

_ April Dawn Farmer, 39, Northeast 522nd Avenue, Old Town, was charged with failure to appear on fraud insufficient funds to obtain goods or services under $150.Bond is $2,500

ARREST ON WARRANT

_ Marvin Laguna Dunmore, 21, Chiefland, charged with burglary of a dwelling unarmed with no assault or battery and indecent exposure in public. Bond is $30,000.

_ Albert L. Epperson, 35, East 15th Street, Jacksonville, charged with fraud impersonation/giving false identification to an officer, and resisting without violence. Bond is $1000.

_ Wilson B. James, 54, Williston, charged with driving without a license suspended or revoked. Bond is $1,000.

_ Leonard Anthony Johnson, 38, Northeast 35th Street, Williston, charged with battery/touch or strike. Bond is $10,000

_ Christopher Russell Tozzo, 24, Northwest 65th Place, Ocala, charged with grand theft III. Bond is $2,500.

_ Devon Leon Jackson, 19, Southeast 9th Street, Williston, charged with firing a weapon into a dwelling and criminal mischief with damage over $1,000.

_ Walter A. Aldridge, 39, Northeast 160th Avenue, Williston, charged with failure to comply with sex offender reporting requirements from Marion County. Bond is $20,000.

_ Harold Leon McMahon, 42, Northwest 110th Street, Reddick, on writ of bodily attachment.

_ Jack Benny Harris, 32, 6th Street, Cedar Key, charged with larceny/theft of over $300 but less than $5,000, and criminal mischief over $200 but less than $1,000. Bond is $15,000.

_ Christopher S. Allen, 32, Elkins Road, Inglis, charged with retail theft and retail petit theft from Marion County. No bond.

_ Anthony Vega, 26, Lake City, charged with grand theft III. Bond is $5,000.

VIOLATION OF PROBATION

_ Billy Gene Vlacos, 27, Northeast 105th Street, Bronson, charged with burglary, grand theft, and three counts of forgery, No bond.

_ Brandi Jo Crouse, 28, Northwest 16th Avenue, Gainesville, charged with grand theft. No bond.

_ Roy Darrell Robinson, 25, Southeast 195th Court, Morriston, on battery, tampering with a witness, and felony criminal mischief. No bond.

Zachary T. Benoit, 22, Northeast 12th Avenue, Chiefland, charged with battery. No bond.
