Bronson -The Levy County Sheriff's Office arrested the following persons. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is gathered from Sheriff's Office press releases, arrest reports and court appearance orders.
Investigator Michael Bell of the Criminal Investigation Division arrested Wendy Fuller, 34, Southwest 63rd Place, Morriston, on four counts of criminal use of personal identification information and on count of grand theft. Fuller confessed to stealing a credit card from the counter at Williston Pediatrics. The card was used to purchase items at the Olive Drive BP Station, Noble Food Mart in Bronson, and Wal-Mart in Chiefland. Bail is $25,000.
Bell also arrested Marty Wilson, 42, Oak Avenue, Bronson, on charges of dealing in stolen property and grand theft. A 1986 travel trailer that was reported stolen from Oak Ave in Bronson was located at 7651 N.E. 122 Place, Bronson. The vehicle identification number had been removed and the model designation was obscured with black paint. The defendant was arrested just prior to leaving for Texas, according to the Sheriff's press release.
Investigator Mark Morgan arrested and charged Jessica Severson, 21, Northeast 41st Street, Williston, with burglary and grand theft at a residence on Northeast 37th Place in Williston. Her bail is $15,000. The victim reported leaving her residence unsecured for twenty minutes and upon her return saw a woman walk from the residence to a car park in the driveway. The vehicle pulled out and the woman waved at the victim as they passed. When she entered the home, the victim discovered jewelry and a jewelry box valued at $ 2,150 was missing.

Dustin A. Severson, 16, Northeast 28th Street, Williston, charged with felony sale/delivery of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone). Florida law allows publication of a juvenile's name when arrested on a felony charge. The police report says Severson admitted he sold three Lortab pills for $15 to a 17-year-old.
Oscar Tellos, 26, of Guatemala, charged with resisting arrest without violence after refusing to communicate with an officer during a traffic stop on Highway 27 and pulled away when the officer tried to cuff him. He was released on his own recognizance.
Jason Douglas Wetzel, 38, Southwest 20th Street, Bell, was charged with driving while his license was suspended as a habitual offender.
Michael David Santerfeit, 38, Northeast County Road 339, Chiefland, charged with burglary, aggravated battery and driving with a suspended license. Santerfeit was identified by the burglary victim who arrived at his Northeast 65th Lane home to find a man inside a moment before being struck by a crowbar. The victim identified the suspect as someone he knows and has employed around his home in the past. Taken in the break-in were a watch, change, and morphine and nitroglycerin medications.
Richard Rodriguez, 39, Northeast 117th Place, charged with driving with a suspended traffic license after being stopped in reference to a domestic disturbance complaint. He was also cited for having the wrong tag on his vehicle. Bail is $5,000 and is awaiting extradition to Alachua County for other traffic warrants.
Ian W. Anderson, 34, Southwest 102nd Court, Cedar Key, charged with violation of a no contact order.
Leonard Anthony Johnson, 39, Williston, charged with driving with a suspended license, fleeing/attempt to elude, resisting arrest without violence, possession of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and tampering with evidence. Bail is $30,000. The arrest came after an attempt to stop a vehicle doing 43 mph in a 35 mph zone on County Road 335.
Lisa Marie Lewis, 30, Southwest 53rd Lane, Morriston, charged with domestic battery. Bail is. $3,500. The report says Lewis admitted consuming alcohol before getting into an argument with the victim over their child.
John Kevin Honaker, 46, Northeast 106th Court, Bronson, charged with domestic battery. Bail is $3,500. The victim said Honaker consumed beer at a cookout before they came home and he became angry and pushed her, pinned her against the wall and put his hand over her mouth.
Kevin E Swett, Jr., 24, Northwest 125th Street, Chiefland, charged with domestic aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was released on his own recognizance. The officer's report said the victim said Swett was bipolar and was not taking his medication when he threw dishes off the stove and went into the bedroom where he stabbed a piece of furniture with a knife and got into the victim's face in a threatening manner.
Jonny K. Buckley, 35, Northeast 78th Lane, Bronson, charged with aggravated domestic battery. Bail is $5,000. The victim, who is 8 months pregnant, said Buckley came home intoxicated and they argued, according to the officer's report. The report says said when she tried to leave she was slapped and he tried to pry her eyes open when she would not look at him. She said he also broke furniture and when he fell asleep she fled the residence.
Roy Howard Lea, 47, Smith Street, Rochester, N.Y., arrested on a writ of bodily attachment from Alachua County. He was released on his own recognizance.
Christopher James Anderson, 35, Merle Avenue, Cedar Key, charged with violation of probation for possession of a controlled substance. Bail is $15,000.
Brandon Strong, 26, Otter Creek, charged with five counts of violation of probation for cruelty to animals. No bond.
Saul Bryant Jr., 30, West Tharpe Street, Tallahassee, charged with violation of probation on possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. No bond.
Jo Lynn Bramlett Hamer, 49, Tillias Lane, Middleburg, writ of bodily attachment. Purge is $5,000 cash.
Robin A. Barnes, 43, Northeast 65th Street, Williston, charged with three counts of fraud, each under $150. Released on own recognizance.
Eli Charles Cannon, 33, Northwest 72nd Terrace, Chiefland, charged with violation of probation for driving with a suspended or revoked license. Released on own recognizance.
Timmy Lee Coon, 26, Northwest 17th Avenue, Chiefland, charged with failure to appear on charge of possession of less than 20 grams marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bail is $10,000.
.Ashley Renee Boehm, 22, Southwest 58th Street, Trenton, charged with violation of probation on burglary and grand theft from Columbia County. No bond.
