Sheriff's Report & Most Wanted forOct. 21

The following information was taken fromLevy County Sheriff’s reports:
n  Two West Central Florida men were arrested on misdemeanor drug charges after their vehicle was stopped for a broken headlight in Fanning Springs.
John Patrick Garrity, 27, of Enterprise Road, Clearwater, and Shawn Noah Dressler, 28, of Seneca Avenue, Tampa, gave a deputy permission to search their vehicle after they were stopped. The deputy found a small black pouch containing a blue glass marijuana pipe and two clear plastic sandwich bags with some green leafy substances in them. Also in the black pouch was rolling papers. He also found a rolled up marijuana cigarette.
Another pipe was allegedly located in the trunk, and a computer bag with a set of scales, with marijuana residue, was found.
They were accused of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
n  A Bronson man was accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon domestic after an incident at his mother's home in Bronson involving two other people. He allegedly threatened the pair with a butcher knife. Arrested was Nicholas Lee Bailey, 21.
