BRONSON - A charge of attempted sexual battery was dropped against a 23-year-old Newberry man who remains in jail accused of robbing a bank, according to records.
Joshua Kane O'Hara was arrested Nov. 9 for attempted sexual battery when he surrendered himself to authorities at the Levy County Sheriff's Office in Bronson, according to records.
LCSO spokesman Lt. Evan Sullivan said the attempted rape charge was dropped due to a lack of cooperation from the alleged victim.
