Ronnie Kyle Boyette, violation of probation on aggravated battery against a person using a deadly weapon, probation revoked, 15 months with 210 days credit for time served, pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Cantina Glover, 29, Northwest 157th Street, Trenton, violation of probation on sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of place of worship or school and possession of cocaine, probation revoked, 364 days with credit for 60 days time served on each charged, to be served concurrently and pay civil judgment and jail fund.

William Paul Griffin III, 22, Northeast 49th Lane, Williston, violation of probation for burglary, larceny and criminal mischief, probation modified, extended 2 years, to be served concurrently.

Thomas Gross. Burglary, probation revoked, 364 days with credit for 70 days time served and pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Joseph Leroy Meads, violation of probation on larceny, 60 days with credit for 21 days time served, probation extended 1 year.

Stephanie Peeks, 39, Gainesville, violation of probation for sale and possession of cocaine, probation revoked, 1 year and 1 day with 134 days credit for time served on each charge, all sentences served concurrently, pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Willie James Thompson, two counts of violation of probation on fraud, probation modified, extended for 2 years, to be served concurrently.

Sherri Latanya Primous, two counts of violation of probation on fraud, 30 days with credit for 27 days served, probation extended by one year and must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Jeremiah Anthony Tisdale, two counts of violation of probation on larceny, probation revoked, 270 days with credit for 180 days served on each charge to be served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Richard F. Weatherholt, 21, Southeast 4th Street, Williston, violation of probation on tampering with a witness/victim/informant, probation revoked, 6 months, and must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Kevin Jeron Woodard, two counts of violation of probation on larceny, probation revoked, 6 months with credit for 41 days served on all charges, to be served concurrently, and must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Brandon Strong, 26, Otter Creek, five counts of violation of probation for cruelty to animals, probation revoked, 2 years with credit for 163 days time served on each charge, all sentences served concurrently, and must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Peirre Geronimore Bostick, 33, Northeast 37th Place, Williston, possession of cocaine and sale of cocaine, 2 years with credit for 91 days served on each charge to be served concurrently, and must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Christopher Anderson, violation of probation on possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, 60 days with credit for 21 days served, probation modified, extended 60 days,

James T. Andrews, four counts of forgery, dropped; petit theft, 1 year probation, STOP course.

Robert Bender, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, 4 years with credit for 156 days served plus 3 years probation, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill, 4 years with credit for 156 days served plus 1 year probation, both to be served concurrently, and must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $211.40 cost.

Tara Danyell Davis, larceny, judgment withheld, 24 months probation and must pay $1,773.69 restitution.

Eddie Daniel "Blow" Graham, 25, Southwest 16th Lane, Williston; three counts of possession of cocaine and three counts of sale of cocaine, 42 months with credit for 123 days served on each charge to be served concurrently. A fourth count on each charge was dropped.

Thomas Lee Haney, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, 12 months probation and must pay civil judgment.

Kebris D. "Champ" Jelks, 30, Northeast 40th Street, Williston, possession of cocaine and sale of crack cocaine, 180 days with 41 days credit for time served on each charge to be served concurrently and must pay civil judgment and jail fund. A second count on each charge was dropped.

Edwardo Sick Jeronimo, driving under the influence, 1 year probation, 50 hours community service, 30 days credit for time served, 10-day car impound and $100 fine; resisting an officer with violence, 18 months probation, resisting arrest without violence, 48 days with credit for 48 days time served; no driver license, 48 days with credit for 48 days served; all sentences to run concurrently.

Leonard Anthony Johnson, 38, Northeast 35th Street, Williston, possession of cocaine and sale of cocaine, 36 months with credit for 24 days served on each charge, to serve concurrently and must pay civil judgment and jail fund. Other charges dropped include: second and third counts of possession of cocaine, driving while licenses was suspended, fleeing/attempting to elude an officer, resisting arrest without violence, possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver and destroying evidence.

Michael Wayne Padgett, aggravated assault, 5 years probation and no contact with victim or family.

Faron Jack Perryman, driving while license is permanently revoked, 60 days with credit for 12 days served, must pay civil judgment and jail fund.

Belinda Chavez Barraza, 21, of Chiefland, two counts of burglary and one count of larceny, 3 years with credit for 86 days served on each charge, to run concurrent, $200 restitution and must pay civil judgment and jail fund;

Allan Bouchard. Dealing in stolen property, dropped; fraud by false statement, dropped; and conspiracy, 1 year probation.
