An old fashioned political rally with candidates, speeches and a community dinner will be held Friday at Bronson Speedway by the Greater Bronson Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dinner begins at 6 p.m. and the menu includes a choice of fried mullet or barbecue chicken for the entree with sides of coleslaw, baked beans, hushpuppies or rolls and tea. Cost is $7 per person.
Political candidates will have booths along the grand stand at the Speedway where they can meet and greet the public, so be prepared for an evening of talking, hand shaking and back slapping.
