The Suwannee Valley Players community theater will hold auditions for their fall show "The Night We Knocked the Critic Dead". This is a comedy by L. Don Swartz, produced by special arrangement with Eldridge Publishing Company. Mikey Chigger, a nasty newspaper critic, turns up dead at the Chestnut Hollow Little Theater's final rehearsal of "The Curse of Infant Isle". The players, desperate for a box office success, will go to any lengths to avoid a scandal. And that means moving the critic's body from the restroom where he died to a nearby parking lot.
