A call for completed registration forms is going out to any person or group interested in participating in the 2007 Christmas & Winter Festival, which is set for Dec. 1 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Parade floats, marching bands and other parading participants, and entertainers at Trailhead Park must submit their registration forms to Greater Chiefland Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Janet Minor by Nov. 27.
This year's theme is "A Season for Giving."

Minor usually is available at the office from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
There is no fee to enter a float or other entry to be in the parade. There is no fee to be an entertainer on the stage in the park either.
While there are no fees for parade participants or for entertainers, the Chamber does charge a $25 fee for for-profit vendors or a $10 fee for non-profit vendors. The Chamber wants churches and civic groups, which can conduct fundraisers at the event by selling crafts or food items. Painters, potters, sculptors and photographers can display their works for sale.
People who plan to be vendors should expect to operate their booths from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Booths need to be set up before 8:30 a.m.
