Pancake breakfast benefits Heddins Family

-A A +A

The Tax Collector's Office sponsored a pancake and sausage breakfast this morning at the Levy County Courthouse. While there was a hot debate over the quality of the coffee (one was stronger than the other), the food was hands down good. James Heddins helped with serving. The proceeds will help defray the medical bills for James and Michelle Heddins' daughter Ashley, who is undergoing her fourth round of chemotherapy. The latest treatment is working, according to the family, and in coming months she will begin a stem cell transplant. The family thanks everyone who joined them this morning.
