The color is purple so get out your decorations as Tri- County officials have declared Monday, April 28, as “Paint the Town Purple Day.” This is an activity of the American Cancer Society in an effort to promote cancer awareness and gives individuals, teams and communities an opportunity to fight back against cancer.
A Proclamation was recognized recently by some area officials naming April 28, as “Paint the Town Purple Day” within the Tri-County municipalities.
