There is some dissatisfaction with the architectural firm that is planning and designing a new Levy County Courthouse, but the Courthouse Space Committee refused to recommend ending the arrangement in its April 24 meeting.
Levy Tax Collector Linda Fugate, who pulled no punches in her assessment of Clemons/Rutherford and Associates’ job performance, as she made the motion to terminate the second phase, $10,000 preliminary design contract. But the motion failed because no one on the committee would second it.
