Nall indicted

ENTERPRISE, ALA. - Former Chiefland High School football coach Guy Bubba Nall, 39, was indicted on eight counts of incest on Oct. 23, according to Dwight Holley, chief investigator for the District Attorney's Office in Enterprise, Ala.

The suspected sex offender is scheduled for arraignment on the Alabama charges between Nov. 26 and 28, and he will be scheduled for trial at that time. Holley anticipates trial to be in early 2008.

The crime of incest in Alabama carries a sentence of between one and 10 years, Holley said.
