A man being questioned about a tool theft by Levy County Sheriff’s investigators used his head as a battering ram and tore up the interview room he was in and threatened the officers, according to a Sheriff’s Office press release.
Jonathan Jerome Sager, 20, of Bronson, who was on probation on burglary and theft charges, now faces violation of probation, grand theft, dealing in stolen property, criminal mischief, resisting arrest without violence and corruption by threats to law enforcement officers charges.
