From the outside it looks like just another of the portables at Chiefland Elementary School.
But the No. 10 portable is a special place with lavender curtains and pretty teacups in formal settings on a long table covered with a tablecloth and decorated for an afternoon party.
No desks are in sight.
Instead, about 30 fourth grade students at Chiefland Elementary School are taking a break after doing good on their practice tests for the writing portion of the FCAT — Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test.
