The Log Cabin Quilters met Thursday March 10, at the Levy County Quilt Museum. We have so many busy days now and many quilters getting away from the snow and cold. We had a great rain and now it’s a little cool, but the sun comes out and all is well in our world.
We do have a prayer list for Pat, Laura and Peggy; yet we know our Lord takes care of everything.
Greg and six boys were out Tuesday and got the batting taken care of and they planted tomatoes, peppers, flowers and so much more. Next week we plan to plant more. Thank you, Lancaster.
Thursday lunch was a tableful with fried chicken, potatoes, cheese and macaroni, collard greens, macaroni and meat, more greens, pea salad, oranges, raw carrots, celery and cucumbers, chocolate cake, pumpkin roll, strawberry pie, brownies, strawberry short cake, cookies and lots more.
