The Log Cabin Quilters met Thursday, April 8, at the Levy County Quilt Museum. We decided not to quilt the Dresden Plate as we thought the black background would fade. So, a Log Cabin quilt was put in, and we know it will be great when quilted.
Our porch is looking great with many new blooming flowers. We still have several tables to fill, but by next week we should be finished. We do have some plants that we are giving away – cactus and others. They grow and don’t freeze.
There are so many sick people that our prayer list gets bigger and bigger. We are having a lot of people out on Thursday, and we enjoy those who come.
Thursday lunch was fried chicken, lots of deviled eggs, noodles and garden sauce, bread and butter and a little more.
