Log Cabin Quilters— July 12 issue

The Log Cabin Quilters met Thursday, July 5, at the Levy County Quilt Museum. Everyone worked on their various projects. Items were brought in for our Christmas in July table.
After lunch, the Levy County 4-H Sewing Camp members came for a visit and to work on their sewing projects. The 4-H group has been coming every summer for years. It was great to have them out.
Greg and the boys were out earlier in the week. The rain has been great for our grass and it’s keeping the boys busy. Hopefully this week we can get some of the inside projects done.
My little quilt is coming along. Pat G. cut out the strips for the sides to make the quilt a little larger, then we’ll sandwich the quilt. Then it’s time to hand tie it.
Don’t forget, our hours are Tuesday thru Saturday from 10-3 and we have rockers waiting for you to sit and rock a spell.
