The crowd wasn't the greatest, but those faithful fans who did show up for last Friday night's final home game of the season at C. Doyle McCall Field at Wayne Pridgeon Stadium were treated to a blast from the past as well as a peek into the future.
Chiefland clicked on all cylinders in a 43-11 destruction of Union County in Class 2B District 4 play.
The Indians improved to 4-5 overall and 2-2 in district play. Union fell to 3-6 and 1-3.
