Four arrested in drug bust

BRONSON - Members of the Levy County Drug Task Force arrested four people suspected of violating drug laws.

Three adults were booked in the Levy County jail for narcotic charges and the juvenile was arrested and released to his parents after the Oct. 29 round-up, Lt. Evan Sullivan of the Levy County Sheriff's Office said.

The Drug Task Force has been conducting undercover buys in the Bronson area for the past three months, Sullivan said. During the drug sting, undercover agents purchased marijuana, methadone tablets, MS Cotin Morphine Sulphate pills, Hydrocodone pills, Lorcet pills and drug paraphernalia, Sullivan said.

The Task Force seized two vehicles as part of the process, he said. All of the suspects gave Bronson addresses.

Jasmyn Renae Tuttle, 28, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, three counts of sale of marijuana, three counts of misdemeanor possession marijuana, five counts possession of controlled substance without a prescription, maintaining a drug dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000.

Terry Lee Deedrick Jr., 27, was charged with sale of controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.

Christia Regina Petrone, 29, was charged with sale of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $15,000

Mario Michael Spadavecchia, 16, sale of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. The sale of marijuana is a felony and this allows the suspect's name to be published, even though he is a juvenile.
