David Allen Christopher, 57, of Inglis, who failed in his attempt to set a woman on fire, but did succeed in setting furniture in their home on fire in June, has been sentenced on a second degree arson charge to 180 days in the Levy County Jail with credit for 149 days served and three years probation.
The sentence was handed down by Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Mary Day Coker, who also sentenced Christopher to pay a civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost and $10,000 in restitution.
