The College of Central Florida, in partnership with the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County Inc., will host the 24th Annual Early Childhood Education Conference on Saturday, March 24, with keynote presenter Jack Hartmann, a nationally recognized children’s singer.
The conference will be held from 7:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ewers Century Center of the CF Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road. The fee for this workshop is $30 before March 19 or $50 at the door.
Attendees can participate in nearly 40 workshop sessions and discover ideas to encourage children to learn through play and participate in meaningful learning activities.
Hartmann owns a successful music and book company, Hop 2 Music and Press Inc. As a counselor, social worker and trainer, he has worked with children, families and human service professionals for more than 25 years. His highly regarded educational songs are used by teachers and sung by children in schools across the Unites States and around the world.
