Manuel Alejandro Marmolejos found himself with more than car trouble on Saturday, April 21, when Levy Sheriff's Deputy Matthew King stopped to help him, according to a Levy Sheriff's Office press release,
When the deputy stopped to assist Marmolejos with a white Honda CRV on the side of the road in the Chiefland area he smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. King asked Marmolejos if he had anything in the car that was illegal and Marmolejos said no.
