The following cases were decided in Levy County in the 8th Judicial Circuit criminal court in the month of September.  When a case is nolle pros, it means the charge will not be prosecuted, in essence it is dropped.

 

n Joseph Allen Anderson, DUI with serious bodily injury, 24 months with credit for 120 days served, 3 years drug offender probation, DUI school, 50 hours community service, driver license suspended 5 years, 6 months interlock device on vehicle, 10 day vehicle impoundment. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost, $1,000 fine. 

n Raymond Cecil Barber Jr., sexual assault by adult on child under 12 changed to attempted sexual battery by adult on child, 25 years with credit for 158 days served, designated sexual predator. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

n Gabriel Benjamin Clark, child neglect with great harm, adjudication withheld, 364 days with credit for 15 days, 48 months probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

n Rachael Faye Clifford, VOP on burglary, larceny between $300-$5,000, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 5 years with credit for 58 days served, suspended to serve 51 months probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay probation cost, VOP cost. 

n Keith A. Colson, possessing controlled substance without prescription, 16 months with credit for 108 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

n Jacob Nathanial Cox, 2 counts possessing listed chemicals to manufacture controlled substance, nolle pros; criminal attempt to solicit or conspiracy 2nd defree felony, driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, 364 days with credit for 189 days served, Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

n Alan Floyd Fisher, VOP on possessing controlled substance without prescription, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 210 days probation with credit for 210 days served; possession of paraphernalia, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 90 days, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

n Kimberly Ann Foster, larceny between $300-$5,000, 180 days with credit for 2 days served, 4 years probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost, restitution. 

n Edward Lee Garcia, VOP on 2 counts burglary, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 364 days with credit for 199 days served, 1 year probation on each served concurrently; fraud and dealing in stolen property, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment.

n Kimberly Grieves, fraud by uttering, fraud by swindle under $20,000, grand theft between $20,000-$100,000, 5 years probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay probation cost, $26,770 restitution.  

n Joshua Alan Gross, larceny between $300-$5,000, adjudication withheld, 24 months probation. Must pay probation cost, $2,000 restitution. 

n Mellies William Henninger, larceny between $300-$5,000, pre-trial intervention program. 

n Kiana Ny'Quisha Hicks, cocaine and paraphernalia possssion, pre-trial intervention program; keeping a shop for dangerous drugs, dropped. 

Jerrell Lashaw Hopkins, jury trial, possessing cocaine with intent to sell, guilty, 36 months with credit for 151 days served, 2 years probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. Can pay proation cost with community service; selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of specified place, nolle pros. 

 

Michael K. Kaatz, possessing under 20 grams marijuana, possession paraphernalia, possessing controlled substance without prescription, pre-trial intervention program. 

Constance Marie Kincaid, bbattery on an officer changed to battery, 180 days with credit for 61 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund.

Gregory Stephens Kuplarski, dealing in stolen property, nolle pros.  

 

Candance Lavern Layfield, aggravated battery with deadly weapon, battery, nolle pros; aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, adjudication withheld, 24 months probation. Must pay probetion cost. 

 

Sue Ann Marshall, VOP on dealing in stolen property, probation revoked, 30 months with credit for 94 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

Larry Andy Meeks Jr., VOP on selling synthetic narcotic, possessing cocaine, possessing controlled substance without prescription, probation revoked, 42 months with credit for 104 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

Bobby Lee Miller, fleeing/eluding officer, driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, resisting officer with violence, 30 months with credit for 72 days served on each; criminal mischief, disorderly intoxication, 60 days with credit for 60 days served on each, all served concurrently; battery on officer, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund and $316 restitution. 

Douglas Anthony Michael Miller, sexual assault by custodian with victim age 12 to 18, not competent to stand trial. 

Michael Keith Miller, failure to re-register as required, 1 year 1 week with credit for 92 days served. Must pay civil judgment including $100 to Williston police Department, jail fund. 

David A. Morehouse, trial, larceny between $300-$5,000, 24 months with credit for 2 days served, 36 months probation. Mut pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost

Shane Christopher Mozdzer-Mackey, burglary and larceny between $300-$5,000, 24 months with credit for 107 days served on each, served concurrently; dealing in stolen property, nolle pros. 

 

Shawn Daryll Orr, DUI 4th offense, driving while license suspended third or subsequent conviction, 36 months with credit for 88 days served, 2 years probation on each, served concurrently, driver license revoked for life, interlock for 3 years, 90 day vehicle impoundment. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost, $2,000 fine. 

 

Denver Dewayne Patterson, VOP on possessing cocaine with intent to sell, selling cocaine, probation revoked, 24 months with credit for 120 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay VOP costs, civil judgment, jail fund. 

Johnny Lee Patterson, cocaine possession, 2 years with credit for 86 days served; possessing paraphernalia and keeping a shop for dangerous drugs, 86 days with credit for 86 days served, all served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Amber F. Peterson, VOP on larceny between $300-$20,000, probation revoked, 24 months with credit for 60 days served. Must pay VOP costs, civil judgment, jail fund. 

Frederick W. Pickney, escape, 50 months with credit for 113 days served, served consecutive to current sentence. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

 

Elizabeth A. Rydbom, negligent manslaughter, 364 days with credit for 182 days served, 2 years drug offender community custody, 2 years drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

 

Donna L Sauls, VOP on illegal use of credit cards, third conviction on petit larceny, 2 counts larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 3 years with credit for 132 days served on each, served concurrently. ust pay VOP cost, civil judgment, jail fund. 

Matthew John Schrader, jury trial on fraud by impersonation, guilty, 180 days with credit for 32 days served, 5 years probation, must hold job or be in school, can do work release. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, $681.50 cost of investigation, $1,000 fine.  can do community service at minimum wage. 

Jessica Lynn Severson, VOP on 2 counts burglary, 2 ounts larceny between $300-$5,000, sentence terminated. 

Phillip Eugene Sisk, burglary with assault or battery, hinder or delay communication to officer, nolle pros; criminal mischief, battery, marijuana possession of less than 20 grams, 120 days with credit for 88 days served, 1 year probation on each, two sentences served concurrently, third served consecutively. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

Andrew Lee Steptoe, VOP on assault, adjudication withheld, probation terminated, 60 days, suspended on successful completion of traffic violation, 20 community service hours.  Must pay VOP costs.

 

Keith A. Thomas, child abuse without great harm, 24 months probation. Must pay probation cost. 

 

Chriatian Ronald Vradenburgh, criminal mischief over $1,000, adjudication withheld, 90 days with credit for 2 days served, 4 years probation, can serve on weekends. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost, $16,776.74 restitution. 

 

Perry Jack Watkins, VOP on 4 counts of sex offense against child, dismissed. 

Glamis Chanel Wimberly, delivering opioum within 1,000 feet of specified place, nolle pros; opium possession with intent to sell, 24 months with credit for 1 day served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

Denise Wilber, child neglect, adjudication withheld, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service. Must pay probation cost. 

Ashley Avis Wilcox, VOP on petit larceny first offense, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 60 days with credit for 41 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost.
