The following cases were disposed of by Levy County criminal court in the month of December.

Nolle pros means the charge will not be prosecuted. 

n Jesse Bryan Balough, posessing cocaine, possessing paraphernalia, resisting arrest without violence, 180 days with credit for 21 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund.

n  Dereke Arnez Baugh, failure to re-register as required, 2 years with credit for 135 days served. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

n  Brook Lynn Brittingham, VOP on 2 counts possessing controlled substance without a prescription, probation removed, 30 months with credit for 320 days served on each, served concurrent with other sentence. Must pay civil judgment, VOP cost. 

n  Gerald Edward Cook, battery on officer, 60 days with credit for 60 days served, 3 years probation; disorderly intoxication, resisting officer with violence, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost, civil judgment, jail fund. 

n  Kyle Dean Courterier, VOP on selling marijuana, unlawful use of 2 =-way communications device, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 180 days with credit for 34 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay probation costs, civil judgment, VOP cost, jail fund. 

n  Matthew Dyan Cowart, felony battery changed to battery, adjudiation withheld, 1 year probation; resisting arrest without violence, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost. 

n  Noah Allen Currence, convicted felon in possession of firearm, robbery with weapon, 60 days with credit for 78 days served on each; served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, $100 cost of investigation to Williston Police Department. 

n  Larry Amos Dallas, sex offender failing to notify of change of residence, 180 days with credit for 48 days served, must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

n  Travis Donald, VOP on possessing marijuana with intent to sell, possessing opium or its derivitative with intent to sell, revoke probation, 9 months with credit for 46 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost. 

n  Christopher Evan Fuerst, VOP on burglary, grand theft, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, resentenced to 2 years community custody each, served concurrently. Must pay probation cost VOP cost.

n  James Edward Grizzle Jr., VOP on driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, probation revoked, 120 days with credit for 21 days served. Must pay VOL cost, probation cost, civil judgment, jail fund.

Andrew John Hudson, burglary, criminal mischief $200 and under, nolle pros; 2 counts of burglary, 80 months with credit for 85 days served, 5 years drug offender probation; larceny between $300-$5,000, 5 years drug offender probation; criminal mischief under $200, petit larceny first offense, 60 days with credit for 60 days served on each, ; all served concurrently. Natasha Ydalmis Jean, passing forged instrument, adjudication withheld, 12 months probation, Must pay probation cost, $100 investigation cost to Willisaton Police Department. 

 

Jordan King-Johnson, armed carjacking changed to aggravated assault with firearm, criminal attempt to solicit 1st degree felony, 5 years with credit for 62 days served on each, served concurrently; larceny between $300-$5,000, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, mail fund, $875.30 restitution. 

 

Sharon Evyonne McBride, driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offense, 18 months with credit for 2 days served, 18 months community control; driving while license permanently revoked, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

Matthew Albert McDonald, grand larceny of firearm, 24 months with credit for 158 days served, 3 years drug offender probation; burglary, larceny between $300-$5,000, 5 years drug offender probation;3 counts dealing in stolen property, 10 years drug offender probatiion; all served concurrently; burglary, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost, civil judgment, jail fund, $75,165 restitution.

Eric Anthony Oliver, selling marijuana within 1,000 feet of specified place changed to sale of cannibis, selling marijuana, unlawful use of two-way communication device, 36 months with credit for 40 days served on each, served concurrently; 3 counts of possessing marijuana with intent to sell, 2 counts of selling marijuana, possessing synthetic narcotic, unlawful use of 2-way communication device, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost, civil judgment, jail fund. 

 

Anna Marie Paramentier, selling drugs within 1,000 feet of specified place changed to selling controlled substance, 120 days with credit for 50 days served, 24 months drug offender probation; possessing opium or its derivative with intent to sell, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost, civil judgment, jail fund. 

Chaka Penny, VOP on fraud for public aid over $200, probation terminated, VOP dismissed. 

 

Jonathan Keefe Rains, 2 counts burglary, 2 counts grand theft, VOP on burglary, dealing in stolen property, larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 60 months wiith credit for 354 days served on each, all served concurrently; 2 counts larceny between $300-$5,000 nolle prossed. Must pay civil judgmment, jail fund, VOP cost.

Tracy Lemar Richburg, possessing opium or its derivative with intent to sell, 4 counts possessiong controlled substance without prescription, 3 counts selling controlled substance, selling methamphetamine,  keeping a place where controlled substances are kept, sold ad declared a public nusiance, 5 years drug offender probation on each; possession of paraphernalia, possessing new legend drug without a prescription, 97 days with credit for 94 days served, all served concurrently; 4 counts posessing opium or its derivatice with intent to sell, unlawful use of 2-way communication devince, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost.  

Steven Allen Ross, VOP on fraud uttering false bill, probation revoked, 1 year 7 days with credit for 30 days served, served concurrent with other sentence. Must pay civil judgment, VOP cost, jail fund. 

 

Denis Joseph Sankus, armed trespassing, adjudication withheld, 3 years probation; conservation fo animals to torment, deprive, mutilate or kill, taking deer or turkey in closed season, petit larceny ist degree betweem $100-$300, 1 year probation on each; all served  concurrently; 3 counts conservation of animals to tormet, deprive, mutilate or kill, 3 counts of trespassing to take or kill animals on private land, 4 counts of violation of fish and game rules, fishing or hunting without a license, nolle pros; all served concurretly. Must pay probation cost, $2,000 fine and $6,000 cost of investigation to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. 

Adam John Scott, felony battery, kidnap or false imprisonment, nolle pros; battery with 2 prior convictions, 5 years drug offender probation. Must pay probation cost. 

Frederick Seyez IV, VOP on fraud by uttering a false instrument, probation revoked, 180 days with credit for 126 days served. Must pay probation cost, civil judgment, jail fund. 

Kimerly Suzanne Soverns, child neglect without great harm, 2 counts false statement to pawn broker, 2 counts dealing in stolen property, adjudication withheld, 90 days with credit for 63 days served, 3 years probation on each, served concurrently; 2 counts false statement to pawn broker, 2 counts dealing in stolen property, nolle pros. Must pay probation cost, civil judgment, jail fund. 

 

Donna Alyce Thompson, producing methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance without prescription, 3 years probation on each, served concurrently. Must pay probation cost, VOP cost. 

Jeremiah Anthony Tisdale, VOP on possessiong marijuana with intent to sell, probation revoked, 90 days with credit for 79 days served, 1 year community control. Must pay probation costm civil judgment, jail fund. 

Pamela Renaie Tucker, VOP on battery, probation revoked, 90 days with credit for 51 days served. Must pay civil judgement, VOP cost, jail fund.
