•  Eleuterio Rodriguez-Najera, soliciting business for workers compensation, nolle; fraud by using ID of another person, 24 months probation. Must pay probation cost, $1990.08 restitution. 

•  Ian Evan Roe, resisting arrest without violence, possessing under 20 grams marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, 180 days with credit for 72 days served on each, served concurrently; possessing cocaine, nolle pros. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund. 

•  Takesia Valencia Scott, VOP on larceny between $300-$20,000, fraud impersonating a second-hand dealer, reinstate probation; dealing in stolen property, nolle pros. Must pay VOP, probation cost. 

•  Donald Jean Simmons Jr., VOP on larceny between $300-$5,000, probation revoked, 364 days with credit for 114 days, served concurrent with any other sentence. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP costs. 

•  Donette Nichole Skelly, possession of controlled substance, nolle pros; possessing drug paraphernalia, adjudication withheld, 52 days with credit for 52 days served, 1 year drug offender probation. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, probation cost. 

•  Timothy Allen Skelly, VOP on larceny between $300-$5,000, adjudication withheld, probation revoked, 15 months with credit for 46 days served; driving while license revoked for habitual traffic offenses, 15 months with credit for 64 days served, served concurrently. Must pay civil judgment, jail fund, VOP cost.
