 The following persons were sentenced, found not guilty or the case nolle pros — dropped — in the Criminal Division of the 8th Circuit Court in Levy County. The information is taken from public records. VOP means violation of probation.

n Kenneth W. Aldrich, battery on officer, nolle pros, and resisting an officer with violence, 12 months probation.

n Chastity Anderson, vehicle theft, 5 years probation, must enroll in drug treatment program,. Must pay $94 cost of investigation.

n Kevin Lee Arcangell, VOP on sex offense against a child under 12 years of age, probation terminated, 10 years with credit for 529 days served; smuggling contraband into detention facility and possession of controlled substance without a prescription, 5 years with credit for 76 days served; possession of paraphernalia, 76 days with credit for 76 days served; all served concurrently.
