Request approval of Resolution 2012-64, approving the form of the Interlocal Agreement that admits the County as a member of the Gulf Consortium; authorizing the Gulf Consortium to act on the County’s behalf in the implementation of the RESTORE ACT in accordance with the Interlocal Agreement; authorizing execution of the Interlocal Agreement and providing an effective date.
