Concealed weapons class

   The Lighthouse Word Church sponsored a Concealed Weapons Class on Saturday, Oct. 15. Lieutenant Ray Tremblay, of the Chiefland Police Deptment, was the NRA Certified instructor.    Fourteen men and women received three hours of classroom instruction followed by personal instruction and certification with a firearm using live ammunition. Completing the class is necessary in order to obtain a concealed weapons permit with the state of Florida.
