The even is at 1:15 p.m. at 1125 N.W. 19th Ave. in Chiefland, and the public is invited to welcome Merle Norman Cosmetics into our community. Merle Norman Cosmetics specializes in cosmetic, boutique items and spa like experience needs. Please take the time to welcome Merle Norman Cosmetics owner, Christy Couch into our community.
