St. Patty's dinner at
Parsons Methodist
   Come and enjoy a St. Patrick's Day Dinner on Friday, March 16, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at Parsons Memorial Presbyterian Church on Riverside Drive in Yankeetown.
   Meals consist of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, dessert and Irish soda bread all for $6.50.
There will be a drawing for a $50 money tree. The tickets for the drawing are $1 each or six for $5.

Healing service at
Lighthouse Word
   If you need healing in your body, soul, or any part of your life, please come to the Healing Service at Lighthouse Word Church on Sunday, March 18 at 6 p.m. We have witnessed the healing power of God many times as we honor His Word which says believers, “will lay hands on the sick and they will recover,” found in Mark 16:18.  Lighthouse is located at 2350 N.W. Lenten Schedule at
Peace Lutheran
   Peace Lutheran Church at 7201 S. Highway 41, just 5 miles north of Dunnellon, is preparing to celebrate the season of Lent which leads to Easter.  
   This year Pastor McKee is using Luther’s Catechisms for the midweek and Holy Week theme.  The midweek services will be at 7 p.m., and each Wednesday service, will be preceded by a potluck meal at 6:15 p.m.
   The schedule is as follows:
• March 21:  We Are Forgiven: The Office of the Keys, John 20:19-23
• March 28:  We Eat a Holy Supper: The Sacrament of the Altar, Matthew 26:26-28
• April 5, Maundy Thursday:  On the Night When He Was Betrayed,
1 Corinthians 11:23-32
• April 6, Good Friday: It Is Finished, John 19:30
• April 8,  Easter Sunday:  Don’t Seek the Living Among the Dead, Luke 24:1-6.
   The time schedule for Easter Sunday services will be announced later.
