A Chiefland man operating a pawnshop in Williston was charged last week with dealing in stolen property after an investigation into a residential burglary led back to his place of business.
Daniel Thomas Moll, 54, of Chiefland, was arrested last week following a three-week investigation.
According to Williston Police Chief Dennis Strow, the case began May 12, when his officers were called to Northeast 3rd Avenue regarding a burglary.
Throughout the course of the investigation, officers were able to develop a suspect, Brandson Ausherman, 21, of Williston.
