TheStreet.com rates 98 percent of Florida's banks as not so healthy.
An Oct. 14 article on TheStreet said of 293 banks and thrifts still existing in the state, only seven had recommended ratings. It's important to note that TheStreet.com is respected for its conservative bank rankings.
