Chiefland Christmas Festival, Parade

   The 2011 Chiefland Christmas Festival & Parade will be on Saturday, Dec. 3, in downtown Chiefland at the historic Train Depot, Trailhead Park and the surrounding area on U.S. Highway 19 South.
   The Festival will begin at 10 a.m. with arts and crafts, music and song and activities for children.
   The lighted parade theme “Winter Wonderland” starts at 6 p.m.  followed by the evening celebration that includes the lighting ceremony, caroling and visits with Santa.
