Caregivers can learn with pampering seminar, webinar

Taking care of someone you love can be a tough job. It's hard to find time for yourself.

Knowing what a hard job caregivers have, a group of organizations have come together to give you a little "Me Time."

A caregiver day of pampering is planned for Thursday, Nov. 12 at the Gilchrist Women's Club from 9 a.m. to 3  p.m. Dr. Rafael Cott, medical director for Gentiva Home Care, will be the guest speaker. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost.
